Most mobile devices have a corresponding e-mail address that allows messages to reach the phone as a text message. Usually, the form of the e-mail address is your phone number @ your provider, for example, 0000000000@yourprovider.com

How come I didn't receive a message on time?
Alerts are delivered over e-mail (and over a cellular network to your phone if that is the device you have configured). Timely delivery cannot be guaranteed for e-mail and SMS, therefore alerts from alert!fx™ are not guaranteed to be delivered.

Where is currency pair XXXXXX?
alert!fx™ currently has a limited selection of currency pairs and indicators. More may be added in the future as the system is developed.
